Darkshires Actual Play
Our very first pre-recorded TTRPG session! With all the technical wonkiness that entails! Well - you've got to start somewhere, haven't you? Join HdE, Dudley of Yesterzine, What Ho Snorkers, Gigerpunk and Flothulhu as they adopt the personas of a variety of fantasy folk (but mostly halfling hobbit types) and embark on an epic adventure involving orcs, potatoes, and the looming prospect of WAR!
All realised through the repetitious medium of dice rolls on result tables.
WARNING: May contain Dudley's puns.
Because folks encouraged us, we only went and did it again! In this THRILLING episode, HdE shepherds (more like cat-herds) Dudley of Yesterzine, Gigerpunk, Magathery and Flothulhu through another of Oliver Darkshire's uproariously and outrageously chaotic one page TTRPGs. This time, the players assume the roles of lonely survey robots, blasted across space to chart new lands on faraway planets.
Except, nobody checked the warranty on them. And space gets lonely, real quick. So our chrome plated cartographers may have developed a few loose screws and wonky widgets by the time the dice really start rolling. This episode asks the really big questions.
Such as:
what aspirations does the lowly pebble have in life?
Can robots feel depressed?
Where did that banana come from?
Does anyone have the phone number for the Star of Kabul?
And do they still sell those green crunchy things?
In space, no-one can hear you order a takeaway.
